If you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel in Condesa/Roma CDMX, this is very GOOD VALUE! Eduardo was great to deal with. There initially were some challenges trying to book through the hotel. I tried email and WhatsApp, but often didn’t get a response. Once I phoned the hotel directly, this improved. PROS: Room with terrace is as pictured. Terrace is huge. Well appointed kitchen. Clean. Excellent customer service on site. Really good orientation with map of the area upon arrival. Felt safe in hotel. Safe in room. Safe area to walk, even at night. CONS: Both towel rack and closet door handle were broken and unusable. Towel rack was to be replaced, but was not during my 3 day stay. The terrace room is lovely to be able to open the terrace door right up, but screen door also needed repair. Since this is the top floor, you take the elevator to 3rd then walk up a small flight of stairs. Eduardo thoughtfully put me in the elevator with my suitcase then ran up the stairs to show me the room and carry my suitcase! For Mexico City, Suites 259 is VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE LOCATION!

Stayed at this suites for a week and was delighted. The staff are really nice and gentle, they do not bother yoy at all but are ready to help you with any possible problem or doubt you may have. The location is superb just in the limit of Roma and Condesa great neighbourhood with nice cafes, restaurants and all walking distance. Totally worth my stay!
Excellent, affordable place to stay in one of my favorite, highly walkable parts of Mexico City. Clean, charming, affordable, and mostly peaceful (for Mexico City). Rooms are very good for good price. Great customer service in the hotel, but they are terrible at responding at you to make a reservation or enquire information. My family likes to stay here when they come visit

This is my second stay here. So close to many good areas. You can walk everywhere. One block away, there is a ecobici station. Metrobus stop is 2-3 mins away. A silent area.
